Beth has appeared in a wide range of Off-Broadway, Regional and Summer Stock theater, including roles in The Captain's Doll (Circle Repertory Theater Lab), Anything for You (Inner Space Theatre), Stupid Sadists (Don't Tell Mama), Who'll Save Isaac Now (Abingdon Theatre Company), and Third & Oak: The Laundromat (Women in Theatre Festival).

She has also appeared in To Kill a Mockingbird (Mill Mountain Theatre), Two Gentlemen of Verona and The Tragedy of Macbeth (National Shakespeare Touring Co.), Taming of the Shrew (Minnesota Shakespeare Co.), Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tragedy of King Lear and The School for Scandal (Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival).

She played Carol MacDonald on the CBS soap, The Guiding Light.

She has an MFA in acting from Brandeis University.
